At the bottom of your order confirmation email, you'll see a link under the header "Need a VAT invoice?".   Simply click this to automatically download a VAT receipt.

Note - this applies to orders placed via our main store at www.vesternet.com.

If you ordered via any of our other channels such a single checkout / form sales promotions then you can request a VAT invoice by emailing [email protected]
