Where's my order?Updated a month ago

We aim to ship all orders within the delivery timeframe provided at checkout.

If an item is out of stock when you place your order, it will be marked as a back order on the product page. In such cases, we may wait for the item to be restocked before shipping your entire order together. However, if this would delay your delivery, we often ship available items separately at no additional cost to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.

You can monitor your order status in your account dashboard, and we will send you a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

For real-time updates on each item in your order, simply check the link in your order confirmation email.
